At site, TV's on but no one is home. Called tenant in the morning for an appointment, left message, office and cell phone number. Stopped at the house at 12:20. Called the owner and explained that the tenant claimed the cooler unit wasn't working properly. The owner,Seth, stated that he would go check on the cooler. F/U 8/25/14 |
