The property appears abandoned. There are security bars on all doors and windows except two in the rear which are secured and the glass is intact. There is a chain link fence around the pool and in addition there is a wood frame structure covered with hardware cloth which covers the entire pool. There was one security door which is operable and not locked and the sliding door is not locked permitting access into the residence. The most recent water service to the property was terminated in August of 2009 with a note in the system stating both listed owners are deceased. I will need to do some research to confirm ownership/probate/etc. In the meantime I will secure the metal door in the rear. |
