I did meet with the supervisor Rick Saldate and Martin Romero to discuss this property due to the property is being taken by the bank at this time and not able to find the bank name. I have gone to the address given on the LLC. and that owner has lived there for 14 years and not part of the LLC. and knows nothing on the property. I will monitor the site if the property get worse on the growth to let the supervisor know if it needs to be addressed. I did talk to the owner of the property next door and the lots have been split and he bought the property with the appartments and not the vacant lot. The owner at that time did not want to sell the property. At this time the case will be closed. No Verify, Close Case. RV. |
