09/08/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved RECIEVED SEVERAL CALLS FROM OCCUPANTS UNITS 3555, 3531, 3539 STATING THAT THE FLOORS INSIDE THEIR UNITS ARE WET DUE TO THE RAIN. CONTACTED NORTH STAR CORP OFFICE REGARDING THE RAIN AND THE OCCUPANTS THEY ARE RENTING TO. MET W/RV AT SITE AND WALKED UNITS TO DETERMINE IF ANY ELECTRICAL HAZARDS EXISTED. ELECTRICAL NOT AFFECTED. OCCUPANTS WERE GIVEN WET VAC BY NORTHSTAR TO REMOVE WATER FROM THE FLOORS. NORTH STAR STATED THEY WILL PAINT THE EXTERIOR WALLS. DISCUSSED STRUCTURE OF BLDG W/CORP OFFICE KIMBERLY REGARDNG ISSUE AT RENTALS ON GLENN ST.
