Complainant needs to be more specific as to which business had the illegal advertizing. I went into Verizon. I spoke to the store manager Wesley Hall. I gave him a copy of "illegal signs". I hand delivered to him a NOV that he signed for (see conditions) I told about weekend enforcement .He is now aware of what constitutes a violation. Ladder and technician required to remove this 15' tall forced air balloon on the roof.
I told him I would reinspect on Monday and issue a citation if it was still up.
