visited site, met tpd on site inspected, found as follows a metal support post was hit by a vehicle and bent the metal support post and dropped the forty eight inch main beam approximately one inch down, the front entry was also destroyed, contatced tenant and had them sign a notice of violation, gave a copy, also a representive from Titan was in the process of going to secure building, i then had him sign a idemnification for the board up, gave ninety days to abate |
