visited site, met tenant,inspected, found as follows, flooring in bathroom damaged and has holes in flooring, also air conditioner was not working properly, contacted manager on site, started to explained the process of abatement, tried to explain but then was confronted on who my supervisor was , I then explained that I would contact my supervisor at that point,supervisor arrived. conversion on both paties were initiated,contractors were called out to the site, pest control, hvac and maintainance were there to repair flooring, pest control and repair hvac.wrote notice of violation had manager sign and gave a copy,hvac was repaired at time of leaving.had taken photos of damaged flooring. |
