Shell Gas. Two illegal Banners found on property. No flags. I spoke to the only employee present Latif (his English was limited). I gave him a copy of "illegal signs". He is now aware of what constitutes a violation. He removed the illegal Banners in my presence. Violations abated. Close Case. |
