Met with the workers and the owner was called to site. The owner did show and went over the work that is being done and permits being required. A new AC package unit has been placed on the roof, new masonry wall has been added to the front and the rear yard near the pool, a new ramada built in the rear yard approx. 16' x 20' on masonry columns, new wiring has been added through out the house and has an upgrade on the main electrical service box, new drywall has been added through out the house and some framing may have been done. Did place a "Stop Work Order" on the front window and let the owner he needs to do plans showing what has been done. While checking the records the pool has not been used since 1998 and while on site, all the equipment was new. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
