MET W/PROPERTY MGR DISCUSSED CASE. MGR HAS ROOTER 6 STILL WORKING ON THE SYSTEM. FOUND A BREAK IN THE SYSTEM AND HAD TO OBTAIN AUTH TO ENTER A UNIT TO FIX THE AREA WHERE THE WATER LINE WAS BROKEN. OCCUPANT WOULD NOT ALLOW STAFF TO ENTER THE UNIT. MGMT HAD TO DO A 24 HOUR NOTICE TO ENTER. |
