| 08/18/2014 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | I followed up again on 08-15-14 and management confirmed repairs had been made. Management stated further that the unauthorized occupant of the apartment had been served with an order to vacate the property. | |
| 08/07/2014 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Based upon a call from a Denise Worley, a person whom management states is not authorized to be on the property and not on the lease of the tenant, George, I returned to the complex to inquire about the complaint. I was told that a technician had worked on the problem and that it was resolved. I requested an inspection of the apartment with a technician to evaluate the situation and that occured today. The tenant was present with a maintenance person and myself. The apartment was not hot or even warm and the a/c seemed to be blowing cool air. The tech used a infrared thermometer and the air temp from the register was 68 degrees. The condensing unit located in the bathroom was clean and free from damage and obvious defect. There were no electrical problems as alleged by the complainant. There was a smalll amount of water dripping from the condensation accumulator, possibly a pinhole in the tray itself. The tech stated he would address that today. I asked the tech to call me when the job was finished so I could reinspect. |
