visited site,met TFD and TPD on site, inspected, found as follows, commercial building is a total loss, roofing collasped in the interior,electrical,plumbing were shut off,wrote NOV had owner sign, also contatced contractor, had him sign a idemnification to be the responseable partie to secure the entire complex,gave a copy to contractor, have taken pictures of main site,gave ninety days to abate |
