INSIDE THE FRONT YARD AREA WERE TWO LARGE SCULPTURES MADE OF USED MATERIALS THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED YARD ART AND THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY OR SIDE YARD WAS VERY CLEAN. OWNER ARRIVED WHILE INSPECTING THE PROPERTY, VERY NICE PERSON, INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS AN OPEN CASE ON THE PROPERTY WITH LAURIE PUMPHREY AND WAS ACTUALLY IN COURT AND RECENTLY CLOSED OUT COMPLIANT BECAUSE LAURIE FELT HE HAD REDUCED HIS DEBRIS TO BELOW THE 25 PERCENT STORAGE ALLOWANCE. EXCEPT FOR THE YARD ART I THOUGHT THE FRONT AND SIDE WAS VERY CLEAN, SIDEWALK AREA TO THE STREET VERY CLEAN, AND NO OBSTRUCTIONS ON THE SIDEWALK. ** CHECKED AERIAL VIEWS WHEN BACK AT THE OFFICE FOR 2012 AND 2014 AND FOUND THE AMOUNT OF DEBRIS AND LARGE VEHICLES HAD BEEN GREATLY REDUCED AND THE OWNER HAD A PERMIT FINALED TO BRING IN (6) STORAGE SHEDS. ** SPOKE WITH LAURIE ON 8/04/2014, SHE MENTIONED THE CASE WAS CLOSED OUT COMPLAINT, RECENTLY WITHIN 3 MONTHS AND THAT MR WILLIAMS HAD REDUCED THE AMOUNT OF STORAGE AND WAS UNAWARE OF THE 6 SHEDS BROUGHT TO THE PROPERTY. ** BECAUSE OF THE RECENT CASE WITH LAURIE PUMPHREY JUST BEING CLOSED OUT, DUE TO THE PROPERTY REMAINING CLEAN IN THE FRONT YARD, SIDE AND SIDEWALK AREA, AND DUE TO THE REAR YARD OBSCURE FROM PUBLIC VIEW, I WILL CLOSE THIS CASE OUT NO VERIFY. |
