Visited site, met TFD on site, inspected, found as follows, electrical being modified in kitchen area, had spliced a ten three wire for the air condtioner line, spliced and shorted out on a sixteen penny nail, several electrical hazards in kitchen area being modified and poses a hazard to the owner, met owner on site, explained the notice of vioaltion, proceedures, time lines,inspection fees, citation, gave thirty days to abate, had owner sign notice of violation,owner received a copy of the notice of violation |
