Front entry stairs are broken and falling apart, rear entry stairs are missing, front porch damaged by rain storm, Master bed room window sealed shut, east wall electrical outlets working intermediatly, toilet backing up through tub drain, swamp cooler works intermediatly, sidding on east side falling off. Cantacted manager and met on property, she stated all repaires would be completed immediately, gas locked out from SWG. due to previous repairs. |
