Several windows are boarded including those facing Arizona Ave. Rear portion of roof is highly dilapidated and allowing elements to penetrate building. Main structure (2 story building) window trim is deteriorated and lacking weatherproofing, paint has peeled or cracked off; fascia surrounding building appears to have been replaced in the past few years, but has not been weatherproofed with paint. Rear attached porch fascia has a deteriorated fascia with peeling and cracking paint. Accumulation of refuse including but not limited to dead vegetative debris in rear yard. Wood paneled fencing in rear yard is dilapidated, not structurally sound, and falling down in places. |
