Have been in contact with the contractor and trying to get the final completed and thought it was done already. Will check in 45 days. RV.
09/11/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No one home and the office is closed until 9-22-14. Will call the manager after 9-22-14 to check on the status of the permit and the work that was done. RV.
08/06/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the tenant and the master bathroom has been cleared of all the fixtures and the drywall has been all removed. The wall near the bathtub has opened to the unit next door at this time. At this time the wall has no fire seperation and did call the contractor. Did let the contractor know that the fire wall needs to be protected and found no permit for the work going to be done. Did call T.F.D. to check on what they want done and to put on record that the fire wall to the other unit has been removed. Contractor and T.F.D. will call back on what the next step to be done on the wall in the bathroom. RV.
