DUE TO # OF PEOPLE ON SITE CALLED FOR BACK UP (TPD AND INSPECTOR). OCCUPANT IN UNIT #1 STATED I COULD INSPECT HER UNIT. WHILE IN UNIT FOUND THE FOLLOWING HAZARDOUS ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING HAS NO HOT WATER, EXCESSIVE STORAGE IN THE FRONT YARD AREA. SHUT DOWN SHED AND ISSUED A NOTICE TO VACATE SHED AND A NOTICE FOR THE PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL, STORAGE TO OCCUPANT. ALSO ISSUED A SHUT DOWN NOTICE TO HAVE UNIT #27 BOARDED UP AND SECURED. OCCUPANT UNABLE TO SECURE UNIT AT TIME. PROPERTY MANAGER ON SITE SECURED UNIT. POSTED BOTH UNITS #1 & #27.
