Shed in the rear yard has been converted to a dwelling unit. Kitchen facilities and restroom facilities. Electrical added as well as plumbing. Found not means of electrical disconnect at the unit. The unit has no venting for the restroom or kitchen facilities. No egress from the bedroom. Unit lacks smoke detectors. Porch added to the west side of the structure. mixed 2x4 and 2x6 construction. Shed under 200 sq feet just south of the dwelling unit is not within 6 feet of the property line. |
