Light globes, outlets and switch cover plates missing throughout the unit. Expose wiring in the living room ceiling. Back bedroom has an outlet that is broken and shows signs of burning. Closet light is not secured and lacks a pull chain. Return vent in the hallway is not properly secured. Duct work is deteriorated and is full of rust and loose materials that are entering the unit. Unit lacks smoke detectors. |
