Was call to the property by Norma and Rick Saldate to check the site for no cooling. Arrived and talk to the owner and the owner is aware of the AC on the roof not working. The unit needs a condensor and is 12 + years old. The tenant is staying with a family member at this time until the unit is repaired or replaced. Did talk that the unit may have to be replaced due to the age of the unit. Did do the posing of "Do Not Enter" on the front window of the unit and had the owner sign the paper work to vacate the unit due lacking cooling to the unit. The owner has been talking to family members to let them know what is going on. Did find outlets on the exterior that are not protected with GFCI or covers for weather protection and exterior flood lamps that have no bulbs or protection covers in the middle of the units near the electrical service panels. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
