Visited site, inspected, found as follows, refuse which consisted of, drywall, blinds,lumber,and refuse, talked to owner, stated that the construction material is not hers and was there one day, stated the neighbor could have possibly put it there, explained to her that it was her responsibilities to take responsibilities for half of the alley to clean and cut the grass and weeds, explained to her that i would talk to the neighbor but that she would receive the notice of violation if he did not claim responsibilities. |
