Structure is currently vacant. The listed owner is deceased. There is an active compination permit, T14CM03776, which was issued on 06-19-14 for an electrical reconnect. The county recorders office has no yet uploaded any change of ownership information however there is a new owner who is currently in the process of restoring the property. I spoke with the new owner today who confirmed the concerns of the complainant will be addressed within a week or two. |
