EXPLAINED THE COMPLAINT TO LILY WHO MENTIONED HER SISTER HAS SEVERAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND THE KIND OF PERSON WHO REQUIRES THINGS TO GET DONE. LILY MENTIONED SHE WAS ASKED BY UNCLE TO STAY AT THE HOUSE UNTIL IT WAS CLEANED UP, LILY MENTIONED THE PLACE WAS A MESS AND SHE SHAMPOOED THE CARPETS AND PICKED UP ALL THE TRASH AND BOXED SISTERS BELONGINGS. DID NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE TOLILET. LILY FELT THE URINE SMELL WAS FROM MARTHA'S DOG PEEING ON THE FLOOR/CARPET. LILY HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE ELECTRICAL, I FOUND NO BROKEN PARTS TO THE SERVICE PANEL. DID NOT FIND ANY IMMENENT HAZARDS, WALKED THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE. LARGE LOT WAS VERY CLEAN AND FENCED. SPOKE WITH RICK SALDATE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND THAT COMPLAINTANT HAS RELOCATED TO A NEW APARTMENT. RICK AGREED THAT THE OWNER CAN NOW MAKE ANY REPAIRS TO THE STRUCTURE AND BECAUSE THE STUCTURE IS BEING VACATED WE NO LONGER HAVE JURISDICTION. NO VIOLATION CLOSE CASE. |

CALLED AND SPOKE TO OWNERS DAUGHTER YOLANDA WHO MENTIONED HER FATHER IS 80 YRS OLD, RENTED TO MARTHA'S MOTHER FOR TWENTY FIVE YRS, IS VERY GOOD FRIENDS OF THE FAMILY AND HER DAD CAN NEEDS TO DECIDE TO SELL THE PORPERTY OR CONTINUE RENTING BUT EITHER WAY REPAIRS DEFINATELY WOULD BE REQUIRED. MENTIONED IT WAS NOT ABOUT MARTHA BEING LATE ON RENT OR BEING A BAD TENANT. CALLED AND SET UP A INSPECTION FOR 7/07/2014. |
