At site, cooler leaking water, water leak has damaged the fascia and sofit boards. Broken rafter on front porch. Window cranks broken to the point that the window will not close properly. There is a wire coming out of the front window. Wall outlets in the kitchen are missing covers. Daylight coming through the front door, missing weather stripping. Front door is cracked and split around the lock and doorknob, the door will not lock properly. Smoke detectors not working properly. F/U 30 days. |
