Met with the owners and are having trouble with the owner. Did go over the setback issues due to next to the chainlink fencing on the rear of the property. They do have a rooster and went over that the rooster is not allowed in the city limits. The chickens are OK but need to move the pen away from the fencing. The pen was clean and the owners let me check the area. Had 2-chickens with chicks. The owner did state that they will move the chicken and the rooster off the property and will be done in a couple of weeks. They were going to check on who called in the complaint and gave the phone number to the office. Will check in 14 days. RV. |
