Visited site, met tenant on site, inspected unit, found as follows, electrical hazards on the sub panel interior that is located in the closet, found overfused circuits that has caused wiring to overheat and also damage the romex, also inspected the remaineder of the units and found multiple issues that are associated with the electrical hazards to the complex,took pictures,talked to manager, discussed the violations of the unit, she wrote all issues and violations, will write notice of vioaltion, electrical contractor gave me a call, discussed the notice of violation, and the electrical hazards, he will secure permits and get a final. |
