06/19/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved I inspected the apartment today and found some violations. There was a very soft spot in the sub-floor outside a bedroom and near the bathroom. In the bathroom there was a hole in the ceiling caused by a water leak. There was another spot on the wall in the shower/tub near the ceiling where the paint was pealing and drywall deteriorated from a water leak. In the threshold area entering the bathroom there was a chunk of tile and wood missing. The damage was being covered with fabric remnanat which the tenant stated was there from the time she moved in. The ceilign in the kitchen was saging as if there were a water leak at one time and water had accumulated in the area but never broke through the drywall. There was an area on the ceiling around an A/C register near the bathroom which was damaged. The tenant claims she has been asking management to repair the items since 11/201, one month after she moved in.
