Visited site, inspected, found as follows, construction material placed in easement, inspected unit, found that there are modifications done to unit, bathroom added, habible space tha was addedon to the main structure, will require a permit and a site plan for the modifications.took pictures, also talked to owner stated tah the did no remodeling in unit, found new electrical circuit added to an exterior light, will research. |
