06/23/2014 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | VISITED SITE, DROVE AND INSPECTED THE FRONT YARD AREA FOUND FRONT WITH MORE DESERT LANDSCAPING FOUND NO TRASH IN THE FRONT YARD, NO OVERGROWN GRASS OR WEEDS. TOOLS NEAR THE FRONT DOOR UNDER THE PORCH AREA BUT I DO NOT SEE THIS AS A VIOLATION. FOUND THREE CARS IN THE LONG DRIVE WAY, 1ST VEHICLE WAS A FORD PICK UP BUT TIRES WERE AIRED UP AND HAD CURRENT TAGS. THE SECOND VEHICLE WAS A BLACK JEEP CHEROKEE, GOOD CONDITION, TIRES UP AND I COULD NOT SEE THE LICENSE PLATE. THE 3RD VEHICLES WAS A HISTORIC VEHICLE, APPEARS TO BE A TRIUMPH, CAR WAS PARKED IN THE CARPORT AND LOOKS AS IF IT IS UNDER REPAIR. DROVE THE ALLEY, FOUND TWO LARGE STEEL STORAGE BINS, THEY HAD BEEN PERMITED IN 2012. A 6 FT METAL FENCE WELL BUILT MADE IT DIFFICULT TO SEE IN THE REAR YARD. BY LOOKING THRU CRACKS IN THE FENCE WAS I ABLE TO SEE TWO PLANES IN THE REAR YARD. APPEARS THAT PLANES DO NOT TAKE UP MORE THAN 25% OF STORAGE IN THE REAR YARD AND SPOKE WITH SUPERVISORS WHO STATED HAVING THOSE PLANES IN THE REAR YARD ARE NOT A VIOLATION IN ITSELF. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE. |
