Visited site, met TFD on site, inspected, found as folllows, had an electrical fire that was started by the cleaning solution in the walls, the electrical wire was installed incorrectly and was protruding in a corner of block wall in the window sill that when cleaning solution was applied caused a short in the romex wire, took pictures, condemned unit and required a permit to be secured for the repairs of the building, tokk pictures, weote notice of violation, went thru the proceedure of the notice of violation, time lines, extensions, inspection fees, citation process, had on site manager sign and gave a copy, will give thirty days to abate. |
