All the electrical has been restored to all the units with a temporary connection on the roof with j-boxes by-passing the damaged areas. Where the fire was located did damaged to the metal conduit on the roof the feeds all the panels to the units. The area of the electrical will be repaired when the fire damaged unit is repaired from the fire in the bathroom. Units affected are #117, #118, #119, #120, #123, #124, #125, #126, #132, #133, #134, #135, #136, At this time this case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
