No one home and found trash and debris through out the property with wood, construction material, tile for walls and floors, plumbing material, doors and other items. Found an extension cord going to the neighblrs property and giving power to an AC in the side door. The property has no power and trying to get a reconnect for the electrical to be turned back on. Has no space number to the mobile home. Has broken and covered windows with plywood through out. Some windows have been replaced with house windows and have been framed in. Did get a address and phone number of the management to check on who owns the trailer. Did meet with the management and got the name of the person staying in the mobile home. Did get the address of the owner of the mobile home and called her to let her know of the issues on the mobile home. The mobile home has no power and let the owner know that no one can stay in the mobile home except to work on or cleaning of the property. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
