At site I spoke to the owners son, James. I explained the issues of remodeling the garage into a rec room. There's a bathroom with rough plumbing for a toilet and sink. Two new 20 amp breakers for the new lighting and recepticles. Hand written NOV issued at site. F/U 30 days. |
