The kitchen outlets were wired inproperly and the others had no power. The trailer has three means of egress, but the steps were missing on two. Refuse and debris throughout the inside and outside of the trailer. I shutdown the trailer at the electrical pedestal and locked it. I also turned off the gas. I had the current resident sign a notice of Emergency abatement and order to Vacate. I explained the issues to resolve the notice. The resident had the keys to secure the trailer so I had she sign the indemnification form. I spoke with the MHP manager and also informed him of the violations. F/U 30 days. |
