Unlicensed peddler was found at same location from previous complaint, just south of main entrance to City bus station along 6th. The individual sells water and snacks on a cart and lacks the correct peddler's permit for location. He does have a business license. He was counseled regarding Ch. 7 requirements and given an NOV and told to remove himself from the location. |
