06/05/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE, PARKED AND SPOKE WITH NEIGHBOR CHARLES BROWNING ABOUT HIS CONCERNS WHICH WERE THAT THE CARS ARE PARKED ON THE STREET AND I EXPLAINED THAT WOULD BE AN HOA ISSUE AND THE FACT THE OCCUPANT DOES NOT OWN THE CARS BUT IS WORKING ON THEM. I CHECKED ALL FIVE VEHICLES, THREE ON THE STREET AND TWO IN THE DRIVEWAY, ALL BUT ONE HAD LICENSES AND TAGS, ALL TIRES WERE AIRED UP AND CARS WERE IN GOOD CONDITION. TOYOTA AVALON PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY HAD NO PLATES, BUT TIRES WERE UP, CAR WAS IN GOOD CONDITION BUT PLATES HAD BEEN REMOVED. PROPERTY FRONT AND BACK WAS WELL LANDSCAPED AND I FOUND NO OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE PROPERTY. I RANG THE DOOR BELL FOUR TIMES, WAITED A WHILE BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. NO CAR PARTS WERE FOUND, NO OIL OR LUBRICANT STAINS WERE EVIDENT ON THE DRIVEWAY, AND NO STAINS ON THE PAVEMENT. THERE WAS NO ONE WORKING ON THE CARS AT THE TIME OF MY INSPECTION. SPOKE WITH MARTIN ROMERO CONCERNING WHAT I HAD FOUND AND WETHER OR NOT HE WANTED ME TO REINSPECT. MARTIN STATED THAT A SECOND INSPECTION WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
