Met with the owner and all the work has been done and only lacking the painting and the curtains over the window. The permit has been issued, T14CM03798 on 6-19-14 and finaled on 7-22-14. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

The permit has been issued T14CM03353 on 6-3-13 and finaled on 6-10-14 for the re-connect of the gas and the electrical to be turned back on. The electrical has been removed from the burned area and the garage shop on the rear of the house. All the drywall has been removed from the fire area and exposed all the wood framing and the electrical. Does have damage to the truss where the vent hole was cut on the roof. The owner has the paper work to have the truss repaired. The owner will be getting the permit for the repairs of the damaged area now that they have moved back into the house portion where not damaged by the fire. The electrical and the gas have been turned back on. The sticker of "Do Not Enter" can be removed and signed for removal. Will check in 45 days. RV. |
