Bethel's has a peddler's license to be at a certain spot at the SE corner of parcel, on the Congress ROW; Bethel's was not at location. Bolena's Ice cream also has a peddler's permit for a location at the NW corner of parcel on the 6th Ave ROW and was at location correctly. A mobile drink vendor was passing through 6th Ave, but was at least 100' away from Bolena's at that time; owner advised to obtain a peddler's permit for any permanent location. |
