The zoning does not allow for RV use as a dwelling unit; the site plan does not have storage areas, only parking spaces for tenant/occupant vehicles. No permit for previous electrical repair is on file. Accumulation of refuse present including scattered debris and mattress, primarily surrounding RV. Citation will be issued. |
