Visited site, inspected, met TFD on site, found as follows, fire extensive fire damage in the laundry facility, strutual damage , trusses, walls, electrical,extensive smoke damage thru out the building, disscussed with the owner, and contractor, worte notice of Violation, had owner sign, explained to owner and contractor the process of the notice, time lines, extensions, inspection fees and citation, stated tha tshe understood and had owner sign the notice of violation and gave copys of thenotice and order to vacate and the notice of violation for the damage to the unit, gave ninety days to abate, took pictures |
