In conjunction with T14DV04582 (Elec Service condemnation). Exterior site inspection of property and interior minimum housing inspection of Unit 1 at the request of tenants who have been occupying the unit Since Sept. Note: this unit, along with unit 2 and 3 was previously condemned and required scheduled inspection with owner prior to release of condemnation, which did not occur. Confirmed upgrade under finaled permit T14CM04934 for units 1 & 2 only; service to unit 3 was not included and removed. Unable to access Unit 2 for minimum housing interior inspection. Interior inspection of unit one showed no compliance on previous violation of bathroom ventilation (no mechanical or manual via window); bathroom outlet lacks cover, switch to bathroom in hallway lacks switch but has cover; GFCI outlet with switch in kitchen has operable switch for light, but outlet is not engergized; subpanel in kitchen lacks dead front and cover. baseboard heaters in both bedrooms are lacking covers, are damaged, and do not have grounding wired correctly; original gas heater in hallway closet is unplugged and disconnected from gas; switch in the closet lacks cover. Issue fee (for failure to repair from original NOV) and issue citation for all current violations. |
