Accumulation of storage in the front yard, not screened and not allowed in the front yard location. Two JMVs in front yard: black4-door pt cruiser and blue 2-door passenger. Shade structure attached over front entry area at unit is not built to adopted code. Tenants did not answer door, but called back 20 minutes later to request inspection; stated they were moving out tomorrow. Evaporative cooler not functional; several outlets and switches were missing cover plates; no observable roach infestation; furnance was disconnected from fuel source, but previous permit on record for installed baseboard heater; bathroom lacks mechanical fan or operable window (glass block) for venting; the ceiling in the bathroom is badly damaged from water, sags, has bad patching. Tenants claimed owner defecating on ground behind fenced area in unit he resides in, unable to access area for evaluation (owner not home), did not smell anything. |
