The fire started in the rear of the house on the exterior storage room. The fire broke the windows in the kitchen and the master bedroom on the secind floor. The fire got into the second floor near the kitchen burning a hole in the floor. The storage room is a total lost and burned the wood framing on the exterior wall to the house. The siding was damaged and has cracks through out. The second floor has smoke damage on the stucco. The interior of the house has heavy to light smoke through out. The drywall has been pulled down on the ceilings and walls to check for fire. The wood fence has burned on the rear section toward the walkway. The front of the house was posted of "Do Not Enter". The manager signed the paper work and did let the tenants know that they have to make contact with the manager to get into the house to remove items out of the house. Will call the tenant. RV. |
