Accumulation of refuse and excessive storage. Travel trailers are not intended for permanent occupation. Tenant states she was renting unit as is. Notice to vacate posted and copy given to tenant. Tenants removed extension cord. Property is Property is C-2 and grandfathered to 'existing' commercial and residential use. |
