Vsiited site, met TFD on site, inspected, found as follows,a fire that started on a corner quadratent on the residence and started up the wall and burnt half the exterior paneling, also enough heat that damaged the Electrical service panel and the main and circuit breakers were also damaged, meter was removed and main power was disconnected, talked to tenant and expalined to him that hte unit was condemned and that he was only allowed in unit during the day time, called owner and left message on phone.taken pictures of damaged area and also in the inside.Will write notice of vioation, was able to secure unit by ingress and egress doors. |
