At site, spoke to a house guest, they stated that the owner was not home, but a permit was issued. Permit issued 8/14/14, Expires on 2/11/15. F/U 2/15/15. |

At site, I spoke to an Albert D. He stated that he did the clean upl on the refuse and vegetation. He also stated that the owner was working on getting a permit for the upgrades, electrical and plumbing. The owners son resides here, so registration as a rental is not necessary. F/U 30 days. |

R. Vidal and I visited the site and spoke with the tenant. The ramps are his. He was instructed he needed to remove them. We reserched the property at records and found that no second structure is in records. This building appears to have been a garage now converted in to a dwelling unit. I will call the owner. |
