At site, spoke to tenant and manager. There's two holes in the flooring. Condensation builing up in the A/C unit leaking out onto the floor. Electrical outlets throughout the unit won't hold an electrical plug. Weather stripping around the door is missing. Gap under the door, door is missing a door sweep. F/U 10 and 30 days. |
