Rear portion of main SFR damaged by fire, which started next door at 235 E Drachman. Damage to structural and exterior/interior coverings, electrical. Some smoke damage on the interior. Electrical service shut off by TEP, Gas services shut off by SWGas. Unit posted with notice to vacate due to no utilities and damage by fire. A small ramada, palm tree, and interior fencing was also fire damaged. Rear garage building unaffected. Property gates secured. |
