Construction in progress at location, original house is a non-contributing structure in the Barrio Anita National Historic District. Rear attached room addition: slab poured, framing up with smaller room inside that was already constructed and stuccoed; stucco added to exterior of original SFR, possibly right on top of original stucco; windows replaced - most smaller than original and have been reframed; added electrical circuit on south exterior out of panel; new front attached porch. No permits on file; may also require historical zoning review. Stop Work Order posted; supervisor advised. |
